My hearts’ desire is to share with you, about being a missionary and how I knew. And of my calling, to being made sure, partaking of his divine nature, and yet there’s more. But first, the knowing.
I have been saved over 30 years. I had a very dramatic new birth experience. God’s presence
came into my room and surrounded me. It felt like pulsating waves of warmth and living love
saturating my entire being. I was so thrilled that God was real, and that he had answered a
simple prayer. “Do you still love me? I need a bible, I don’t have one.” Oh, I was brought up in church as a little girl. But at age 18 everything changed.
After saying that simple prayer, I seemed to be impressed to turn on the television. A minister
was on. He pointed his finger at the screen and said, “Did you know that God still loves you?
And if you need a bible we’ll send you one.” That sent shock waves through my very being that God would answer in such a way. The minister led in a prayer for salvation. Then said,” you
must go tell people what God has done for you.” Needless to say, that sent me on my way.
Immediately I began to share what happened to me as I caught the bus back and forth.
People began to give their hearts to the Lord. I was so excited to tell them. I would ask them
would you like Jesus to come into your heart? And one by one would pray the salvation prayer
At the same time, I began an exhaustive study of the word of God. Night and day, I just
couldn’t seem to get enough of his word; I joined myself to a wonderful denominational church. They taught me what they knew. God bless them! I learned a great deal from them. In times of
quietness I would ask God questions. And to my amazement, someone would walk up to me at the bus stop; not even knowing my thoughts and would answer the very question that was rolling around in my head! How my heart would race with excitement in seeing him answer me in such unusual ways. My zeal you see is not without precedent.
I continued my studies and came among those who had a deeper relationship still. And as I
studied and learned about the Holy Spirit and his gift, God began to speak to me. Sometimes in 2
visions, sometimes in dreams, sometimes his tender voice on the inside. He led me in a teaching ministry to children youth and even mission groups in the early 80’s. In the denomination I was brought up in, they would have made me district superintendent of Sunday school. Then I also was asked to speak for the missionary departments in various district meetings. My great aunt was the missionary president at our local church. Yet the Lord was calling me deeper. In one
vision the Lord said I have called you to preach. I said you mean teach? He replied, “no, I said preach”. Then I began preparing sermons and my church did not believe in women preachers, so I asked a minister of another denomination what to do? He said obey the Lord. I began preaching in the nursing homes in the city jail and in Women’s Aglow meetings occasionally. I didn’t
separate myself from my church, I continued to serve in the capacity that they could receive.
Eventually I went to Rhema bible training Center in Tulsa Ok and graduated from school of
Pastor studies I would have gone on to their school of world missions, but God said to go home. Help my Dad and that there was a church in LA he would send me to. But back in the early 80’s I knew I was called to help the pastor, and I have worked with a few. I knew back in the 80’s that I would one day go to Singapore, Beijing, and the Philippines. The Lord has instructed me also to teach on Faith, the Gifts of the Spirit, Love and Prayer and healing. I have a Facebook page with about 4 years of material that you can look at. I’m learning how to create a website and blog posts. There’s over 40 groups that I already post in all over the world.
There is nothing like having confidence in knowing your purpose and being challenged to
make your calling an election sure. To the second part of the question, I’m learning to give all diligence; in adding to my faith virtue: and to virtue more knowledge. I thank God for these
wonderful classes. I can’t wait to learn how to put a seminar together and run a revival. And to knowledge temperance. And to temperance patience: And to patience Godliness. Oh, the riches of his grace, to teach us so that one day we shall see his face. And to Godliness brotherly and 3
sisterly kindness. And to all these things love. For I know if these things be in me and abound, as the scripture says, “… I will never stumble” 2 Peter 2:10
I have endeavored to give a two-fold answer the question’s set before. I pray that something said would fuel your fire even more. How I knew, and in deep relationship I did procure. And with continued diligence and the grace of God, I will make my calling sure.spirit
Worship & Mercy go hand in hand. Though the storms arose and covered the lay of the land, I remembered what King David did, when all appeared lost, (He Worshipped.) So, I gathered up my feet and moved directly to the cross. I bowed my knees and worshiped, for the blood that had been shed, was quite enough to aide me, now from his throne he looked ahead. I threw my arms up in worship, as I knelt before his feet, God raised me up, above the storms of life, and now I am seated with him in Christ. His Mercies of deliverance shall never come to an end.
The scripture has continuity from the Old Testament to the New. The theme remains the same. Man was in fellowship with God, and all was well. God made covenant from the very beginning to keep them in perfect harmony. Man was drawn away from that covenant by A fallen spirit who was eager to get back at God for ousting him from his position. Man fell under the authority of that fallen spirit who has been called in the New Testament, “the God of this world”. Man needed a Savior. God worked with man even in the Old Testament to shield man from the fury of the oppressor. Man would follow awhile and experience bouts of peace. Man would be drawn away again and suffer intense persecution. There are many things that God said to curb the actions of the enemy from repeatedly buffeting his man. One such passage is found in Isaiah 58: 3-12
3Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.
4Behold, ye fast for strife and debate, and to smite with the fist of wickedness: ye shall not fast as ye do this day, to make your voice to be heard on high.
5Is it such a fast that I have chosen? a day for a man to afflict his soul? is it to bow down his head as a bulrush, and to spread sackcloth and ashes under him? wilt thou call this a fast, and an acceptable day to the LORD?
6Is not this the fast that I have chosen? to loose the bands of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, and to let the oppressed go free, and that ye break every yoke?
7Is it not to deal thy bread to the hungry, and that thou bring the poor that are cast out to thy house? when thou seest the naked, that thou cover him; and that thou hide not thyself from thine own flesh?
8Then shall thy light break forth as the morning, and thine health shall spring forth speedily: and thy righteousness shall go before thee; the glory of the LORD shall be thy rereward. (Rear Guard or Protection in the Hebrew)
9Then shalt thou call, and the LORD shall answer; thou shalt cry, and he shall say, Here I am. If thou take away from the midst of thee the yoke, the putting forth of the finger, and speaking vanity;
10And if thou draw out thy soul to the hungry, and satisfy the afflicted soul; then shall thy light rise in obscurity, and thy darkness be as the noonday:
11And the LORD shall guide thee continually and make fat thy bones: and thou shalt be like a watered garden, and like a spring of water, whose waters fail not.
12And they that shall be of thee shall build the old waste places: thou shalt raise up the foundations of many generations; and thou shalt be called, The repairer of the breach, The restorer of paths to dwell in.
The New Testament continues this theme as we read the words of our Lord through the great commission and through the love of all men. When we set ourselves to follow wholly, then we are able to go out boldly, with confidence, and quiet assurance of a Covenant keeping God Protecting us and establishing us in our land.
John 10:10 (The Words of Our Lord)
10The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abund
Paul was so dedicated to the infant church of his day. I started to say motherly, but he probably would protest saying I am not a girl Lol. He had the heart of God. He saw things the way they really were, according to God’s Word. He was so determined to get the church to understand the fulness of the Gospel message. You can hear his eager longings in his letters, (coming up from the heart of the Father). He wanted to give understanding and clarity, illumination to the simple truths, that would arrange things where God could minister Grace. Awww, to have that kind of heart. Now God blessed all his efforts for, we have received revelation, even in our generation. I want to pick up where he left off, praying that the eyes of your understanding being enlightened, ( that ye may know what is the hope of his calling, and what the riches of the glory of his inheritance in the saints, 19And what is the exceeding greatness of his power to us-ward who believe, according to the working of his mighty power, 20Which he wrought in Christ, when he raised him from the dead, and set him at his own right hand in the heavenly places, 21Far above all principality, and power, and might, and dominion, and every name that is named, not only in this world, but also in that which is to come: 22And hath put all things under his feet, and gave him to be the head over all things to the church, 23Which is his body, the fulness of him that filleth all in all.
We will remember that Love is what never fails, (THE GOD KIND OF LOVE). Let’s look into it closely. It will keep the curse through Satan, that came upon the earth through the disobedience of Adam, from destroying our lives, our Ministries, our loved ones, our possessions, and those things most valuable to us. Very simple in context, but Love is the law of life. God is routing for you, he is bound by his word, but as we moved toward him to develop, His Amazing grace will help us grow. He promised.

The Best It Yet To Come!
1 Corinthians 13
4Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. 5It does not dishonor others, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs. 6Love does not delight in evil but rejoices with the truth. 7It always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres.8Love never fails.
The Curse Causeless Shall Not Come.
Deuteronomy 28
The early followers of God did not know that there was someone else out there attempting to overthrow them.
God is reaching out to you now. He wants to demonstrate his love on your behalf. Through his son, the Lord Jesus Christ, you can have the privilege of being included in God’s great big family. He wants you. He has been waiting in the wings, for you to call upon his son. Eagerly desiring your attention. Will you turn your attention to him now? Dear God, I pray for those reading these words right now, open the eyes of their understanding so that they will see your gentle hand reaching to draw them in. Thank you so much for bringing them into the family right now. Lead others around them that will care for their souls. Comfort, Strengthen, and keep them is my prayer, In Jesus name, amen.
Romans 10:13 For “whoever calls on the name of the LORD shall be saved
Witnessing one’s own mistakes, short comings & mishaps, can be nerve racking if it were not for the grace of God to have peace through them. Yes, my brother and sister He provides peace on the onset of revelation of missing the mark. That’s a form of grace that gives us the ability to turn every situation without being condemned and frustrated with ourselves. In addition, there is more grace that comes upon us to grow more and more. (Did you know that we are to be growing all the days of our lives here upon the earth?) Sure, we are maturing in many areas, yet there are more things individually that the Lord is seeking to refine in us. So, receive Grace for Grace.
Hear the Apostle Paul:
2 Corinthians 16:9-10
9 For I am the least of the apostles, that am not meet to be called an apostle, because I persecuted the church of God. 10 But by the grace of God I am what I am: and his grace which was bestowed upon me was not in vain; but I laboured more abundantly than they all: yet not I, but the grace of God which was with me.
Paul discerned what the others could not see. Paul speaking here:
Acts 27:10 And said unto them, Sirs, I perceive that this voyage will be with hurt and much damage, not only of the lading and ship, but also of our lives. What if you were the only person that perceived or discerned an upcoming event, whether good or bad?
Thank God it never has to be that way, for we who have been born again, have the Holy Spirit residing in our spirit. That’s some of the best news that you will hear today. No, even the disciple has the ability to correctly discern or perceive the voice of the Lord or the light impressions of the spirit. I say light impressions, because while you are exercising yourself to be sensitive the scriptures, he doesn’t have to shout.
Acts 9: 10 And there was a certain disciple at Damascus, named Ananias; and to him said the Lord in a vision, Ananias. And he said, Behold, I am here, Lord.
God wants you to relax some. That’s right rests your soul, or your mind. When you do, His wisdom will show up. Ahh, that’s what you needed to hear. Whenever you petition God for something, He hears you. He really does. He also is attempting to get the answer through. That’s why you don’t want to get all worked up. (“For I have attempted on several occasions to give you the answer that you need, but tension, restlessness, and anxiety, cause that wisdom to be short circuited from me. Do this today, relax, put a smile on your face, and kick back. Then gently floating to the surface shall be, all the wisdom that you desired of me.”) That is what is called the simple gift of Prophecy found in 1 Corinthians 14
James 1:5 If any of you lack wisdom, let him ask of God, that giveth to all men liberally, and upbraideth not; and it shall be given him.
1 Corinthians 14:3 But he that prophesieth speaketh unto men to edification, and exhortation, and comfort.
